A quick check showed that Microsoft owned it! As much as I like the name Technet SEO, the url http://www.increased-online-traffic.com/ scares me a little because I expect some kind of scam offer, not a valuable service to be at the other end.

They state their intent quite clearly by telling you why SEO is important, and why you should let them handle your SEO needs. A quick click on the about link tells you it is a real person running the business, not some front end trying to sell you an e-book. There are many videos from marketing professionals telling you how to increase your traffic and rank higher in search results. My suggestion is that these videos get tagged and organized somehow. There must be a better way to browse these than scrolling down a long page. Such a useful resource shouldn’t be hidden on a back page. Perhaps a “search our video catalog” widget?
The news section displays a collection of various marketing articles. The most recent are displayed with tags below, allowing you to find similar articles on the site. The tools section links to programs hosted at Technet SEO. They include site submitters, link checkers, meta tag makers and so on. Something for new webmasters to play around with for free.
