Bad enough Entrecard founder Graham Langdon blamed the “Eastern World” for ruining the Entrecard economy, but his latest gaff is even more embarrassing. Graham has been caught commenting on his own forums under an assumed identity. This identity takes the guise of an Asian female. Complete with bad grammar, his secret personality defends Entrecard while attacking it’s critics.When forum members asked management directly how many blogs were in the Entrecard system, Graham chose to respond as Adele:
Yo I dunno ab anyone else here, but I find it so funny how people just demand to know how many blogs there are. LOL lemme go demand to know how many widgets blog catalog has, or better yet, lemme go demand to know how much money mybloglog makes. I’ll go ask Jerry Yang personally! LOLMAO

Graham Langdon’s idea of comedy shows how desperate and out of touch he is. As we say in Turnip Land, “Stop looking around Graham, the joke’s in your hand”.
By the way, for you doubters out there, I had the IP of both Adele and Graham verified to be the same. Also, Adele claims to be with Entrecard for nine months, yet has no blogs, never dropped a single card, nor placed a single ad. So let’s see Graham “Asshat” Langdon squirm out of this one.

- Attacking other ad networks under a fake name.
- Insulting Asian women.
- being an all around douchebag in your own forums.
Graham “Adele” Langdon has never had a successful blog nor dropped cards. How dare he try to sway discussions using such sophmoric tactics. So he tells the truth when using his “Graham” identity about how many blogs EC has? Or is it he tells the truth about some secret formula for a cash out service? Or is he only telling the truth when he writes in bad grammar under a fake name? His advertisers demand the truth. And they will get it, even if they have to read turnipofpower.com.
I primary school with the special Koolaid. The word games are dizzying. No-one has been banned from the forums, they just no longer qualify to have access and if they do get in there is an unspecified number of forbidden topics.
If this new forum rule stays, I will be leaving entrecard. I give them two days.
I can NOT believe that they went so far as to shut doen the forums. A forum is a backbone to any online community and to simply shut it down because others do not agree with your pov is crazy. I make a lot of credits in the market so I have been sticking with then but this is the last straw. This “CEO” is a liar and a coward, that is a bad combination. This whole thing with the closing the forums is pretty much the death of EC. Keeping new users out will stop any posers but heck they could have done that by simply restricting membership to current EC members. Restricting to only members who have sold 400 ads is about as stupid as you can get for two reasons. First it sends a very unfriendly and unwelcoming message to new members so if it were me, I’d move on just on that basis. Second, some of the members who have been there who have sold 400+ ads can at any time feed information from the forums to outsiders and you know that is bound to happen.
What I do find interesting is the claim on the front page of EC that everyone involved with EC are bloggers. There are two problems with this. First Graham is not a blogger by any stretch of the imagination and I would bet one of his sockpuppets write any blog entries on the EC blog. Second, this implies that all the paid advertisers are bloggers and we all know they aren’t. So again more lies from EC, nothing new.
I’m betting the fall will come before June, just a hunch. Little happy joy joy Andy claims he will go down with the ship whether Graham is there which it appears he isn’t. What a sport! That kind of loyalty could have gone a long way but even Andy isn’t defending so much on twitter anymore.

what is banning then. I participated in the forums alot, because lets face it, with the title of my blog doesnt draw a crowd. I noticed my followers went up when I joined the forums. So I continued to participate in them. then I am told I am no longer ‘qualified’ to be in the forums. Uh, thats banning me.

Just joking. Where there is smoke there is fire, and censorship does not put out those fires. Phirate learned that lesson during the last firestorm censorship debacle. What happens in the end is that one side only gets censored. Being the immature crowd they are, the other side will be gloating and trashing those who cannot possibly respond. Nearly all of the members at humorbloggers.com have dropped EC recently, including myself. A few of them were “power droppers”.
I definitely wasn’t a power dropper but I did remove my widget today because ads were running on my blog that I did not approve, which downright pissed me off.
After reading this, I am ready to delete my entire account there.

Sixmatts: Are you surprised? I have no idea who’s running the ship over there. Clearly the IP’s matched and someone is cleaning the mess up after the fact. This might even be a good sign. Maybe Graham’s no longer in charge of his own forums.
