Turnipofpower.com: The Premier Site On Social Networking

Social Networks are tested and reviewed.  Soon to come will be a ranking and grading system.

The Turnip of Power Logo.  Turnips are high in Dietary Fiber, Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, Folate, Calcium, Potassium, Copper and chock full of moxy.  It’s also the name I have used in various online games like BF2, Vanguard,  Counterstrike,  and D&D Online.  Usually the best character names are taken right away, same as domain names.  Yet somehow this domain remained free. 

About me.  I’ve pursued many professions throughout my life.  Insurance Salesman, English Teacher, Bar Owner, Assistant Engineer, Computer Consultant, and Webmaster.  I started my first blog over 10 years ago called “CheckPointTaegu” which lasted all of 3 months.  At that time there was no way to monetize a site; Google Ads and WordPress didn’t even exist yet.  Updating the blog with new articles was so labor intensive that I had no time left in the day for anything else. 

So why the mix of articles on Internet Marketing, Social Networking, and Wordpress?  It’s easier than running 3 separate blogs on different topics.   Now that I do have multiple blogs, the tech stuff will eventually be moved to tech.turnipofpower.com.
