For those hesitating on signing up for performancing ads because they thought their platform wasn’t supported, now is your chance! By giving blog publishers the option of inserting javascript code instead of using a WordPress plugin or PHP code, almost all blogs are supported.
How to install the javascript code:
Add the following code to your website template in the location you want the region displayed:
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://jserve.performancingads.com/js/perfads.js?r=REGION_ID"></script>
Replace REGION_ID with the ID of the region. Simple!
Additional Performancing Ad News: Since promoting this offer, over 34 of my readers have signed up through this website. I thank all of you for your loyalty and support. In addition, 10 of you have booked ads on your sites! This is fantastic news because it means those people are making money. For the other 24 of you, why is your ad not being booked?
I suggest logging onto performancing ads, clicking on “Edit region”, and then lowering the price of your ad. This will encourage people to take a chance on advertising there. Start low and increase your ad price each week until you find the sweet spot. How low is too low? Well, for those who used Project Wonderful, think about how much you made per week. If your ad spot sold for $.07 - $.16 a day, then try $1 per week in Performancing ads. Anything below that, try $.50 a week to start. The idea is to get your first booking.
For the rest of you who already signed up, have you tried the FREE exchange ad option yet? Click on “Publishers”, and then on “Exchange Ads”. Then run either an ad to your blog, or take a chance and try to make some money with an affiliate offer. See my tutorial How To Run Affiliate Ads if you need some ideas.

SplashPress Media is behind the company. their main site is here: http://www.splashpress.com/
I have already registered and have posted already the javascript in my side bar. Will I still have to download the publisher’s tool? Pls advise. I don’t know computer lingo so I don’t understand the instructions. Thanks.
No, the Publisher Tool is only for WordPress. When you log into performancing adds, look at your region you created. It should have a number. For example, if it says region 4122, change the code you pasted into your sidebar to say r=4122 instead of r=REGION_ID.
yup, i tried Performancing ads with my blogger site and it was ok. But my site is still fresh to gain some from performancing ads.
great post Turnip…
thanks for the clear instructions too…I have registered via your link
Hi! Stopping by just to test the Yahoo! Buzz thing..
Turnip, I did join them from the last post you did. I am so glad they will now work on blogger. I am going to put this on my site today! Thanks
Etta: Good Luck! I took my own advice and lowered my ad price slightly, and quickly sold both spots. I’m not getting rich by any means, but I will slowly increase the price each week and see what the market will support. By booking the ads on my site, I also earn more exchange credits, which means more pageviews for my affiliate ads as well.
