One month ago I reviewed the Clickbooth Network and figured it was about time to report on the results. For thirty days I ran a 460×80 banner under the first post of my site and a rotating 125×125 ad next to my Entrecard. The ads were shown 18,875 times. Total number of clicks was 685. Total number of approved and paid signups were 8. The disparity between clicks and referrals is because after the click, people still needed to fill out a detailed form, and then be accepted into the clickbooth network. It was by far my best performing ad for the month based upon completed referrals. At $10 a referral, $80 from Clickbooth was ahead of Adsense ($32) for the same period. I’m happy to report no issues at all with payment.
New to Clickbooth this month is Clickbooth’s Twitter Page. Their customer service was already at an excellent level prior to this addition. Each member is assigned an account rep to walk them through using various features of the program and answer any questions. For those who spend more time on twitter these days, this is one more great way to communicate. I subscribed and never got hit by “twitter spam”. They send out a message every day or two with updates and system wide announcements.
This month my plan will be to work some Clickbooth product ads and offers into my Adtoll and Product Wonderful advertising. It’s harder to target ads to such a broad market, but I will report my results once completed. I’d really like to do a proper keyword based campaign, and this looks like a good time to start.

Follow-up comment rss or Leave a Trackback **********You know, while I don’t blog for money, I admire the homework you do and the no-nonsense approach you take when reporting your finds. No doubt, you help many people make a few bucks (or more) with the info you provide.
Maybe I’ll check them out, as Adsense is earning less than expected…

Thanks Monkey. I don’t claim to be able to make millions online. If I make $80 a month, I tell people I made $80. In general, I try to put ads on my site for products I would buy or use. Some things like what Adsense shows are a bit beyond my control. I know these articles don’t excite everyone, but I like to throw some figures out there now and then.
hi turnip, think I’ll check Clickbooth out too. Thanks for the multitude of ideas, btw.
Sounds like a good way to make money…
