Not great, but not zero either. Remember, some blogs get 2-3 readers a day when they first start out. It's a zero effort system, all it requires is a committment to ad space. I haven't noticed any traffic to my site from it but I will keep using it to see what happens. I have it about half way down my side bar as there is nothing to gain from having it up at the top. I need room for my Entrecard widget anyway! :D I have had this on my blog for a while now.
