Do a how-to search and you'll be amazed at the number of articles that will come up: free ones, people talking about their experience. Put it together in your mind and process, then act on YOUR deductions. You pay for service not advice. If you suddenly think that "blah, thinking about it makes me hurt" then don't do a DIY, hand your keys over and let the other person do everything, then pay for the service.
