		<description>Regretful, that's a browser setting.  In firefox my tabs always open in the background, in IE7 they open stealing the screen focus.  To stop this behavior in IE7, go to Internet options. Then on the first page it says "tabbed browsing settings".  Uncheck the "always switch to new tabs when they are created" checkbox.</description>
