Entrecard Blog announced plans to allow the public to attend a Developer day. This looks like a great opportunity to talk to Graham and phirate about upcoming changes. Just hope your session doesn’t include someone with an agenda they can’t let go. If you read the forums you know the type. Below is the main announcement by phirate:
On Saturday the 5th of April we’ll be running Developer day. What this boils down to basically is that we’re going to run 2-3 sessions (to cover various timezones) of an hour or two each. During these times, you’ll be able to log into a realtime chat room with other Entrecarders and some of the Entrecard team, including me. We’re going to be taking micro-feature requests and suggestions and delivering them on the spot, as well as just hanging out and chatting. So if the color of a border or a particular bit of layout or something has been bugging you for a while, drop in and let us know and hopefully we’ll be able to fix it for you right then and there as you watch.”

Follow-up comment rss or Leave a Trackback **********I might actually participate in this. Entrecard does great on the traffic sense, but there are many other things with Entrecard that bug the hell out of me! Maybe it would be a good place to air it all.

I agree Mommie. Nothing better than taking your issues right to the top without them getting buried in the forums by people with nothing better to do than type one-liners just to get noticed.
Of course this would have to take place while I am on vacation. I think I might just have to find me a starbucks and join in the chat.

I’m just curious how they will deliver them on the spot. I guess these are minute changes that they are talking about.
I wouldn’t want something to change and then break something else. Murphy’s law.
I’m thinking they will do it every 8 hours to rotate for different time zones. Probably just have an IRC channel where anybody can drop in and listen without interupting. Signups would be too much of a hassle. Changing font color or adding a link is simple if you are familiar with the code. Changing Entrecard for phirate would be like you changing your website. Most things are simple, and he would know what wasn’t.
