If you book a Sponsored Ad, and the Publisher is not supplying any Ad Views (for a reasonable amount of time, sometimes sites to go down or have maintenance) then the ad will be canceled, and you will be fully refunded into Account Credit. Just did a quick Directory query, there are currently 91 sites with at least 30% of their traffic from the United States. There are 510 sites in the directory that are in English. Nice blog entry.
